• Oticon Hearing Aids: Compatible models include Oticon Intent, Real, More, Own, Zircon, and Play PX. These models support Audio Streaming for Hearing Aids (ASHA) for direct streaming from Android 10 or later devices with Bluetooth 5.0.

The app is no longer in use and was replaced by Oticon Companion App. Both Oticon apps work to control the volume and adjust other settings in the hearing aids. But, there are slight differences. Previously, Oticon ON did not incorporate Remote Care within the app and required an additional, separate app. The Oticon Companion app merges both into one app now.

To address issues with the Oticon Companion app:

1. Force Stop the app: On Android, go to "Settings" > "Apps" > "Oticon Companion" > "Force Stop".
2. Update the app: Ensure it's the latest version on the Play Store. If you're struggling to connect with the Oticon app, try these simple steps: 

• Update your phone to the latest software version. 
• Turn your phone off and on again. 
• Make sure Bluetooth is on and your hearing aids are paired with your phone. If the connection issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app.

After this, clear app cache and data: In device settings, go to "Apps" > "Oticon Companion" > "Storage" > "Clear Data".

For connection issues:

1. Uninstall the app.
2. Remove Bluetooth/MFI pairings.
3. Reboot the phone.
4. Repair Bluetooth/MFI.
5. Reinstall the app and pair in the app.

For iOS, ensure proper pairing in Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Devices.
